This notice is written for learners and families using the citizenship study website. It is not a legal contract or migration advice.
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, phone number, WeChat contact, access code, support messages, payment screenshots and selected access plan.
我们可能收集你主动提供的信息，例如邮箱、手机号、微信联系方式、访问码、咨询内容、付款截图和所选访问套餐。
The website may store practice progress, access status, selected answers, review history and preferences in your browser local storage so the app can remember your study state.
网站可能在你的浏览器本地储存练习进度、访问状态、已选答案、错题记录和偏好设置，方便下次继续学习。
We use information to issue and support access codes, manage access code expiry, confirm payment, provide learner support, improve the learning experience, and send updates only when you have chosen to receive them.

Current payment options are bank transfer, PayID and WeChat Pay. We may ask you to send a payment screenshot so we can match your payment to the correct access plan.

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, access code verification, email, analytics, payment confirmation and security.

Access codes are checked by the backend service and expire according to the validity period set when they are created. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect learner access and reduce misuse.
